1. If I could travel back in time, I’d go to Scotland during the time when there were lairds and ladies, and Highlanders defended the land. (Mind you I just want to visit! )

2. Give me days that aren’t over 100° or just give me a break from the heat!

3. I am listening to the Celtic Mix playlist on my Ipod.

4. Somewhere, someone is thinking about the one they love.

5. I’ll always be me. Take me as I am, no putting on a front, no shows, I’m just me.

6. My idea of a good time includes hanging out in the pool, getting a serious water volleyball game going, ice cold drinks, family and music….yep, that’s a good time!

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to going out with my honey, tomorrow my plans include going to see the in-laws and Sunday, I want to chill at the casa!

10 Things to Do When It’s Too Hot to Go Outside

Blog/Surf the web - that is something I do daily in the comfort of the cool A/C in the house!
Go to the mall because shopping therapy in the cool mall is always fun! It’s the getting there that sucks.
Drink gallons of iced tea. Something I am doing these past few days.
Play Wii!
Enjoy a good book and a cool drink while lounging in a comfy chair.
Put my Ipod on and slip in-between the cool sheets for a nap.
Go see a movie…it’s always cold in the theater!!
Jump in the pool….I know you have to go outside for that one, but it’s cooling to be in the pool especially if you have an ice cold beer while floating on your float!
Just veg out!
Daydream about when the thermostat drops down to below 60° !!!!
