1. Follow the yellow brick road! (Did you think I wouldn’t go there? Really?)
2. My camera is something I always take with me on vacation.
3. To achieve your goals, you must have faith in yourself.
4. That I’m pretty darn creative is something I’d like you to know about me.
5. I have a great loving family, food on my table, clothes on my back, a beautiful home to live in, friends who make me laugh, and a very thankful heart.
6. Root beer floats. My mom use to make them when we were kids…they were the best.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to finishing the files I’ve been working on for two days, tomorrow my plans include going to the Farmers Market and buying some mums, pumpkins and other goodies and Sunday, I want to go for a long drive with my honey and take some photos!

filed in: Friday Fill-In

1. One of the best concerts/plays/movies I ever saw that I really didn’t think I’d like was the movie “The Phantom of the Opera” but I loved it.
2. Nada, nothing, zilch (seriously, living on the blandest diet possible right now, so boring it’s killing me!) is a recipe I recently made (or meal I recently ordered) that was delicious!
3. It’s time for a vacation! My birthday and our anniversary is in a month and I’m feeling the need to get away!
4. A good dirty martini with lots of olives is quite refreshing.
5. If I never hear the word diverticulitis again, it’ll be too soon.
6. To one side of the curving road was a bank of trees with their leaves of yellow, red and gold, and on the other was a shimmering lake that sparkled liked diamonds as the sun glistened off it’s gentle wake. (poetic, huh?)
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to watching “Iron Man” finally, tomorrow my plans include having a quiet day alone, the others are going to visit D’s folks and Sunday, I want to do some crocheting!
