1. One week ago I was in the Windy City walking down Navy Pier and I took this great shot.

2. I had been up to the observation deck of the Sears building many times when I was young.

3. Mama told me be true to myself.

4. Just You and Me, Kid, - 1979 movie starring George Burns and Brooke Shields

5. Take your time to stop and see the change in the season, the beauty is all around you.

6. I kept hearing and this too will pass, it will and it does!

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to movie night with the hubby, tomorrow my plans include catching up on laundry and housework (fun stuff!)  and Sunday, I want to hit the casino!

3. The possibilities include: loving, laughter, and living to the fullest.

4. Homemade Chicken Stew is one of my favorite cool day recipes.

5. How will you know when your world is complete?

6. A good book, a hot cup of coffee and a stormy sky make for a relaxing day!

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to shopping for my trip, tomorrow my plans include going to East Texas “supervise” the in-laws move to their retirement home and Sunday, I want to recover from my trip to East Texas! lol
