I am 43 years old, a wife, a mother of two and a self proclaimed domestic goddess. I live in a small town in Texas outside of Fort Worth, but grew up in Chicago. I’m adjusting this countried life well…as long as I don’t see any snakes. 
I moved to Texas right after high school when I met the man of my dreams while on vacation and he stole my heart. We married just four months after we met. No one will ever convince me that love at first sight does not exist. I have been married for 25 years, am a mom to a wonderful, handsome 23 year old son, and a beautiful, vivacious 20 year old daughter, and one really spoiled cat named Rocky who’s 12 years old herself. And yes, I know Rocky is not your typical girl’s name, but her brother’s name was Bullwinkle! 
Because of my husbands job, we have moved quite a lot in our 25 years of marriage, including living in Kansas which I wasn’t crazy about (way too windy and that coming from a gal who grew up in Chicago!) and we lived in Georgia for a few years, which I loved. We have also lived in South & East Texas and if you look at the size of Texas…you’ll see that it’s huge so moving around this state is like moving out of state!! 
I love to play on the computer. Blogging has become a part of my everyday life. Some may say an addiction, I say an outlet! I’ve even been fortunate to be able to meet some of the wonderful bloggers out there in person.
My hobbies include photography, floral designing, crocheting, gardening and decorating. Pretty much anything that’s crafty, I do it. I also like to travel, especially now that my kids are older! It’s becoming one of my favorite hobbies!
