1. She had a great head of hair, everyone wanted to “Farrah” do…I even had it back in the day.

2. My best friend, my husband is by my side, always.

3. I know this: love is the best medicine. I have gotten some good healthy doses of love these last couple of weeks!

4. The night air was still, and much too warm for my liking.

5. These words apply to me: sore, re-energizing, healing, tired, worried, thankful.

6. This week the sun was shining and the heat has been in the triple digits! Welcome to Texas!

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to watching a movie or two with the hubby, tomorrow my plans include recuperating and relaxing with my husband by my side (though I wish I was able to go out and celebrate with my daughter her big 21st birthday….we have a raincheck for that celebration for when I feel better!!) and Sunday, I want to tease my daughter, because I believe she’ll deserve it after a night out with her aunt and uncle, brother and SIL and her BF!
