A little late this Monday, I have been fighting a bad case of food poisoning! This is what you get when you try out a new Mexican place in town……

What gives you hope? Seeing my kids starting their lives. Brandon is only 2 months from being a married man and watching him make huge decisions and seeing that we have done something right gives me great hope! Miss Priss has shown maturity and a great work ethic that not many 20 year olds have, this also gives me hope that her future will be bright and successful!

How often do you get your haircut? Describe your worst haircut. I get it trimmed about every 5-6 weeks since I wear my hair short. I can tell when I need a trim when it won’t spike! Worst cut? The one I remember most recently was when we were in Georgia. I went in for a shorter cut, almost ended up bald! It was so freakin’ short I could barely style it. I have been VERY diligent on explaining what I want since that episode!  

What’s your most treasured piece of jewelry? Why?. It would be this….

My wedding ring. I treasure it not only because it is gorgeous, but for what it is a symbol for: the commitment my husband and I have with one another, the 25 years we have spent together, the love we share.
