What do you do to make yourself feel better when you are sick? I put on my favorite PJ’s, pour myself a cup of hot tea, grab my book and lay in bed. If I don’t take care of myself, I just get sicker so I have learned to take the moment and rest, I’ll feel better faster!

What is the most amazing weather you’ve ever seen? I was in the middle of Hurricane Alicia in ’83, was one of the scariest, but fasinating things I have ever witnessed. As in beautiful, Nassau, Bahamas….gorgeous…..

Do you listen to music or talk radio in the car? Music….talk radio is annoying to me (especially sports), but my husband loves talk radio, so we have to compromise when we are riding together!

My grandmother (she reads my blog!) had a light stroke this weekend but she’s doing very well. She maybe even able to leave the hospital today! She’s an amazing woman and when my mom called to update me on how she was doing I had to giggle, mom said she was feeling well enough she wanted to fix her hair! I’m so her granddaughter! She gave us a scare, but am so very thankful she is doing so well!!

This will be the 1st full week with my personal trainer. Last week went very well.  Was a little sore on Friday, but not as bad as I feared! I definitely feel a difference in how I feel, it feels good!
