Here’s just 13 of the books I tend to read in ’09……
1. The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch
2. A Lion Among Men by Gregory Macguire – I started this one, but gave up on it…I need to finish it. I loved his first two in the Wicked years.
3. Shadow Music by Julie Garwood
4. Sundays at Tiffany’s by James Patterson – I happened upon this book while browsing and it looks wonderful…can’t wait to dig into it!
5. The Pagan Stone (Sign of Seven 3rd in series) by Nora Roberts – I have yet to finish the 2nd book. I lost interest in the book, but the third one looks better so I’ll finish the series.
6. Charming the Highlander by Janet Chapman - Start of another series with sexy Highlanders.
7. The Drowning Tree by Carol Goodman
8. The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini
9. The Story of Edgar Sawtelle by David Wroblewski
10. The Time Travelers Wife by Audrey Niffenegger
11. The Little Giant of Aberdeen County by Tiffany Baker
12. Dreamfever by Karen Marie Moning – Due out August 25th!!
And the one I can’t wait for……
13. An Echo in the Bone by Diana Gabaldon – 7th in the Outlander series!
Due September 29th!!

Hee, I did a very similar list this week. Mine are all 2009 releases though, and mostly romance.
If you like highlanders, I’m just finishing up a trilogy by Kresley Cole, which is entirely yummy. The first one is If You Dare.

The more To Read lists I come across, the more I wish I had time to read! My sons keep asking me to read their books. The problem is, I tune out the world when I read and Nothing gets done!
