I so can relate to the feeling, because I once thought that I had diverticulitis. I had the same symptoms - for many years on and off. But I also suspected that I had problems with my appendix, but every time I got to the hospital I got better (typical!) and they never did any surgery... Until it got really acute, an appendicitis without any doubts and then I had my surgery. From there I was cured. Well, almost. I still have a cranky stomach, but not at all like that. Now, I'm very thankful that it was appendicitis and not diverticulitis. I feel for you... ((hugs)) oh, I’m so sorry that you have been ill.
