I went to lunch with my dear friend Jane from Cozy Reader yesterday! I’m going to miss our Diva lunches once I move! I was running late, which Jane has learned is par for the course. This time at least I didn’t hit a rock….it was my dang cats fault! With having my house on the market and with realtors showing our home at a moments notice, when I leave the house I have to put Rocky in her crate. Well, my smart kitty has caught on! She has figured out that when I go around turning on all the lights, etc, she needs to run and hide! I spent almost thirty minutes trying to get her out from under our king size bed. I finally gave up! As I was about to walk out the door I notice she is sitting on one of the dining room chairs, so I went to grab her, and of course, she makes a dash for upstairs and under my bed. I called her a not so nice name, and left hoping no one showed the house while I was gone. But I was only 10 minutes late so it wasn’t so bad.

We both came bearing gifts and funny thing is, we both were on the same wave because as you can see, great minds think alike!

We had a wonderful lunch, sat and talked, and talked, and talked…..yeah, we can talk for awhile. I always feel sorry for the poor waitress that gets our table! But before we parted ways we had our waitress take a picture of us together….we are a quite a pair of Diva’s if a say so myself!
