Quick update….Father-in-law is doing great!! He went home from the hospital on Thursday, he’ll have home health care and he’ll have the added bonus of a fantastic granddaughter who is staying for a few weeks to help out. Miss Priss decided she wanted to stay and help her poppy and nanny while they were going through this bump in the road. Is she not a great gal or what?

We made a quick house hunting trip to Fort Worth since we were this close. Our relocation specialist had suggested it and said that they would cover our travel expenses for this trip so we did it! We spent today (Thursday) with our realtor here in Fort Worth and looked at 14 homes that I had picked from a list of about 80. We have found 2 that are very good possibilities. Great locations, beautiful homes, one has a pool, the other is a little bigger…so now it’s just weighing our options and all that fun stuff. I’m telling you it’s exhausting this house hunting stuff!!

We will be heading for home Friday morning, first stopping to check in with D’s folks and seeing that they are ok and then hitting the road once again. This time, we’ll be stopping mid way for the night….no driving straight through!! I’ll be visiting with y’all when I get back…miss you guys!!
