1. I thought I’d lay off the NYC stuff, thought you all might be growing tired of it!
So this weeks TT is going to be random. (Though if I throw a little NYC in, don’t hold it against me!)
2. Went today and had a much needed manicure and pedicure done! My poor feet were in such bad shape after our trip that I had to wait till they healed to get a pedi. The gal did an extra long massage, it was heavenly!
3. So You Think You Can Dance is back on! Love that show!! I love watching these dancers….makes me jealous! I love to dance, but THEY dance! I have a secret dancer in me, dying to break out!!
4. I’m going on another trip next week! I’m becoming a regular traveler! Big D is part of a team receiving a big award for the F-22 program in Washington, DC. I’m excited as it’s my first time in DC and I’m looking forward to seeing our Capital.
5. They are trying to get us a private tour of the Capital through their White House Rep when we are there. I hope they arrange it that would be awesome!!
6. Our hotel is only about a block from the White House! This will be fun! I see great pictures coming from this trip too!
7. We should know when we are moving sometime next week….we hope! I tell you, this waiting business is for the birds. It’s to the point we would like to have a date so we could get things going now.
8. We have decided that when we do move, our new house will have a pool, one with a hot tub!! It’s something we all want…but mainly, Big D and I want it! Texas is hot you know!
9. Here in Georgia there has been fires in the South Georgia area, the smoke from those fires has been horrible here! There’s a haze in the air and if you have a touch of asthma like I do, going outside is not pleasant! Sure could use some rain here! Anyone know a rain dance?
10. I’ve become totally addicted to the channel BBC! Just one of my favorite shows on there is Robin Hood, love this show!! If you get the BBC America channel, check this show out…Robin is pretty cute!
11. Also on BBC there is one of my guilty pleasures, Footballers Wives, goodness that show is fun to watch!! Think Dallas and Dynasty, combined with a little sports….it’s hilarious!
12. Haven’t shared a flower photo in awhile, so here’s one that I took in NYC…..see, I knew I couldn’t go the whole TT without mentioning it at least once!

13. Last but not least….it’s Rocky’s birthday this week! She’s 10 years old! She has used a couple of her lives, and that includes barely making it through a ride in the clothes dryer, thankfully! She has given us lots of love and joy! Happy Birthday, Rocky!

I absolutely love the gorgeous look of your blog! I also love mani/pedi’s—I feel so pampered–and I love visiting Washington, DC.
Great list…visit mine when you get a moment.

Enjoy the trip.
I’m more of a Robin of Sherwood watcher than the latest Robin. It kind of spoilt it for me in a way but then the cast was very good. I just struggle to spot a Ray Winston in the new crew.

I LOVE “So you think you can Dance”…my dream was always to be a dancer, but it never panned out, so now I watch anything and everything with dancing in it, and live vicariously through them…
Thanks for stopping by my TT!

This is a great 13! I love the cat picture…come by my TT and see our new baby kitten. I’m all about getting a pool for my next house…I just love the idea of jumping in when it’s sweltering outside! And we’re having the smoke here as well…it’s annoying! I’m praying for rain this weekend.
Blessings for your trip.

You will really enjoy seeing DC! Although, I’ve got to say I haven’t been gone long enough to really miss it since moving away.

Hey babe, I enjoyed your randomness. Gotcha prayed up for the move. I’m not a good waiter either. I had the MRI on my left knee but probably won’t know anything till next week. We are planning on all going up to New York and get all the family together. Emma is a love and I’m loving having her here.
