Not an exciting picture, but these are the steps in our home. We have 26 steps in total and let me tell you when we first moved into this house I didn’t think I’d ever get use to them!!! 
But now, they are no problem, unless I have my arms full and then that’s another story!! Oh and for the record, I’ve only fallen down the stairs once! (I fell down the first 6 stairs to the landing) It was predicted that I would be the first to fall and I wasn’t, that honor went to Miss Priss and she’s fallen THREE times!! 
(FYI: No serious injuries, just sore, and of course, our pride was damaged! 
)

You have very clean steps haha. Good to know there were no serious injuries. We have steps in our home too and i find it too tiring to go up and down. So my retirement home will just be one level!

Well you beat us…we only have 14 and they kill me. We have to carry groceries up them. They come from the outside inside upstairs. When it is hot out they are very annoying!! But we figure it is good for us. Now with Mike’s knees hurting so much it is very bad for him. Great picture. Guess I should go and get mine up too. sandy

Wow…that is a lot of steps and they look so nice and clean. I’m in envy thinking of what that color of carpet would look like here with my hoard (smile). Our first week in our home, my youngest took a tumble down our stairs and ended up with a hairline fracture, that was quite the housewarming experience. I hope you have a fantastic week.

I have fallen down my steps too. Multiple times I must admit. The last time I did a number on my shoulder and it took forever for the torn muscle to heal! Yikes. We call them the “stairs of danger” at our house.
Yours look so much nicer.

The one part of my house I hate vacuuming the most is the steps. 26 of them? I’d have to hire someone to clean them!

Those are very pretty steps! Mine go to the basement and are not carpeted, but the kitty-cats love them
