1. It’s been quite a week here at the “Garden!” Celebrating two years of blogging this week!
My how time fly’s!
2. In the two years I have been blogging I have learned that there are some really cool people around the world! Yeah, I’m talking about you!
3. Something else I have learned in the past two years….blogging is very addictive!!
4. We also found out this week that we will be moving back to Texas! Hubby has accepted a promotion with his company, so we will be going back to the Lone Star State!
5. Did I ever mention that I hate moving??
6. I know it’s a necessary thing, but man it’s a pain! Thank heaven for company moves!
7. Looking for a new house can be fun but can be daunting too. We receive a couple house-hunting trips via the company, but we are doing some looking on our own right now on the net. I know what I want, now if we can just find it!!
8. The weather here has been crazy, warm then freezing, then raining cats and dogs then back to spring like weather. My poor flowers I planted are not doing so well. Some have just died. Others are going to make, I think. Makes me sad.
9. Because the rainy weather has been off and on like it has, it’s really played with my migraines. I’m wondering when we are back in Texas if they will be better or not….we shall see.
10. I found one of my old schoolmates on MySpace last night, he’s an author of several books! Thought that was neat. I ordered a couple of his books from Amazon today. I read the reviews and he writes about growing up on the South Side of Chicago, in the 70′s…thought I’d like to see what he has to say about that, seeing I was there myself back then!
11. Speaking of MySpace, do any of you have one?
12. I thought MySpace was just a kid thing, but it’s not….anymore. I started mine to keep on eye on my silly daughter,
now I have actually found former classmates and friends through it! Small world.
13. And last, I’d like to say my thoughts and prayers are with all the families and friends of Virginia Tech. What a horrible, senseless, evil thing one human can do against another. May God give peace to these young men and women as they deal with this tragedy.

Blogging is indeed very interesting ! When I tell my friends that for example you are looking for a house in Texas and that your flowers froze and you had a lot of rain or that the seats in a movie theatre in the Philippines broke down, they alll think I am completely crazy ! I feel like if the whole world is one big family and we all have the same up and downs and feelings !

Looking for a house is much easier now that we have the ‘net to peruse homes on. I remember house hunting trips in the past were never long enough to learn which neighbourhoods were good and which should be avoided.

I have to admit blogging IS addictive! Otherwise, I would not be up aqt 12:30AM.
Yes, Myspace is for everyone, although I think it initially started out for teenagers. I know all of my teenage grandkids have a site.
Check out my TT

Congratulations on two years of blogging! Good luck with the move. My dad is an officer in the Canadian Forces, so he and my mom are used to moving around a lot – every 3 years or so!
All the victims at Virginia Tech, their families and friends, are in my prayers.

Wow, 2 years! Congrats for your blog.
Great list for a TT!

Yes blogging is definitely addictive… You really lose track of time and can get carried away… We lost 2 Indians in the Virginia Tech horror. The girl Minal Shah is from the same part of the suburbs that I live in. Her mom is devastated…

I got to see your template before I left, it is absolutely gorgeous

And I am also devastated by the news…

Great list my friend. I understand your feelings about moving. I hate it! But, you do what you have to do, right???
I know you will find the right house…..that’s the fun part.
I, too, am glad I started blogging. Otherwise I would have never met you and THAT has been a blessing.

Sherry. you grew up in Chicago? I did not know that. I grew up in Illinois..Central Illinois. We just moved to Ga. 6 years ago. What you don’t learn from these blogs…Yes I do agree blogging for me has become VERY VERY addictive!! I sometimes wonder if it is too much. Lazy Daisy got me started about 18 months ago so my 2 year anniversary will be coming up soon also. Have a great day..sorry about those migraines again…I hate them as you know.

Can I say that I hate you because of #4? Or maybe it’s just jealousy…

Funny…I just had a conversation with a friend last week about how I thought Myspace was for kids…irony!

Blogging certainly is addictive, but hey… there are worse addictions!
I have a MySpace, but it is just linking to my blogspot blog.
My TT is about collections I have.

Happy blogiversary! It is quite addictive! I don’t have MySpace.
Amen to #13.

You are so right. House hunting is either Tons of Fun or Horrid. There is no middle ground. Happy TT. Mines up too!

Blogging is not only addictive – if you can’t get to blog there is every danger of getting withdrawal symptoms – I know when I was broadbandless for a few weeks I really missed it.
