Been awhile since my last update, so here goes. I went back to the cardiologist last week for my follow-up, he told me that my heart looked wonderful and had great flow, so no blockage, or anything! Good news especially with my family history!!

Big D and I started a diet……again. We started LA Weight Loss together. Doing it together is so much easier than trying to do it alone. We support each other and make sure the other stays on track! This program is the one that I lost the most weight on before, and believe me, I feel like I have tried them all!! So far we are doing pretty well! I have lost 6 lbs so far and I am not sure how much since my last weigh in, so far so good!! I’ll keep you posted on our progress.

Went shopping this weekend to buy some new clothes for spring! I love when the seasons change, gives me another excuse to go shopping!! (Yeah like I need one!) I did well though; I saved $219 with the coupons (Real Woman Dollars) I had and the discounts! That always make my shopping experience a lot better when I save like that, not to mention how it makes Big D feel!! lol

I’ve been making use of my craft room lately, working on some projects. I’ll post some pictures in the near future of some of the projects that I have finished. We had a new Michaels store open very close to the house….do you know how dangerous that is for a person like me?

I am ready for Spring, aren’t you? Flowers, green grass, warmer weather!!! Yeah, it’s time for Spring!!!

BIG NEWS….look for a BIG change here at the “Garden” in the near future!!!
