1. I am thankful that my visit to the ER with chest pains was not a heart attack!!! Can I get a big AMEN!!! 
2. I’m also thankful that I’m through with all the tests that they had me go through! I now understand why they call it a “STRESS” test!!! I thought I was going to die! 
But the gal who did the test told me my EKG looked good during the whole test. So Woo Hoo!!
3. I’m really thankful that my dad celebrated his one year anniversary since his triple bypass this past week and he’s doing great!! This time last year was rather scary for our family.
4. My thankful that my mom went in and had her heart checked out and they found a small blockage and they did a stint. Thankful they caught it early and were able to prevent her from having a heart attack!!
5. I’m very thankful that Big D and I went and bought a new bed!!!!!!!! I slept like a baby last night for the first time in ages! Our old mattress was seven years old and horrible, hard, saggy and no support. We went looking at mattresses, testing them to see what we liked and then I laid my body down on a sleep number mattress….I’m telling you, once you find your “number” you are in heaven!!! I was in love. D tried it out and he was sold too. We bought the sleep number mattress and they delivered it yesterday morning so last night was it’s christening!! It was wonderful to sleep without tossing and turning to take pressure off my hips or back. I could do a commercial for this company!!
6. Been on a kind of spending spree…I’m also thankful for my new Dyson DC17 vacuum cleaner.
It’s so awesome!! I had no idea how pitiful my old Hoover was till I started vacuuming the house with the Dyson. OH MY!! I was shocked!! Need a new vacuum? Get a Dyson!!
7. Last but not least, I’m thankful that this pleurisy that I have seems to be FINALLY letting up some!

Poor thing! My daughter had pluerisy a few years ago and she was so sick! I’m glad you are somewhat better.
BTW – did you see the kid on Jay Leon the other night that’s got a thing about vacuum cleaners? That was a little odd – but interesting! lol

Oh girlfriend we are soooo sisters. My idea of “fianlly arriving” is a sleep number bed and Dyson Vaccum! You can’t believe how hard I laughed when I read this.

Girl, you have a lot to be thankful for! I have a big AMEN to #1!!!!! I am so glad you are OK. God does answer prayers.
I am in need of a new mattress too but can’t seem to convince the hubby!!! Maybe soon!

1st of all “AMEN” for the clean bill of health for your heart…. I guess we take a lot for granted and good health is definitely underrated… This is a great idea… Pity I cannot blog on weekends…
