1. We leave in one week for our cruise to the Western Caribbean. Our port of calls are Cozumel and Progreso, Yucatan.
Cozumel Sunset…Oh Yeah!
2. Checking the weather for those areas it shows that it’s in the high 80’s during the day and in the mid 70’s at night. Perfect weather! Let’s just pray we have calm seas!
3. We will have 2 full days at sea this cruise. Last one we only had one day. Big D got a little queasy that day, hope he won’t have a problem this time! Though I did enjoy teasing him! 
Mean I know!
4. We are going with my dad and step-mom, my step-brother and his family, and my step-sister. This should be alot of fun.
5. The only thing I’m not looking forward to is that we are having to drive to Texas because we will be leaving from Galveston. All my family lives in Texas, we are the only ones out of state, so guess who gets to drive? Yep, me the one who HATES to drive!
6. But that’s ok, I have my travel package all ready! Laptop, to watch movies and play games, books, crochet, pillow to sleep the time away, and lots of music to sing along to while driving my dear hubby crazy! 
7. I’ve made two trips to the mall this week already, I think I’m almost done shopping. But the key word there is almost!
8. Miss Priss went today and bought some very cute stuff for the cruise. She looks so beautiful in the outfits she bought! She’s getting quite excited herself about this trip. We just wish Bubba was able to go with us. 
But we plan on taking another trip when he has vacation time!
9. I’m really looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the awesome food, spending time with family and a few of these won’t hurt either.
10. Switching Gears….I am almost done with the baby afghan I have been working on. Just have to finish the border now. Here’s a picture of the almost finished project, it will have the light green border all the way around. The yarn in very thick and extremely soft! I love it! It’s like working with a cloud!
11. I bought some other yarn that is gorgeous for a scarf for Miss Priss. One is a light shade of blue and the other is dark blue. This yarn is extremely soft too, almost angora soft. Can you tell I’m “hooked” on crocheting!
