On The Road
I think I have posted this picture before, but it’s perfect for this weeks theme. This is how I ride anytime we travel, feet up on the dash with a book or laptop in my lap. I’m not the worlds best traveler, so I have to make myself as comfortable as possible.
I do have my camera at the ready though, because you never know what you may come up on, and I get bored, thus the reason I have a picture of my feet.

What a comfy pose. Didn’t have time to choose pics for the past two Saturdays because I was busy assisting my brother whose wife died last Aug. 23.

I used to do that when I drove the truck. when my partner drove I would sit in the passanger seat with a book, or the laptop, or the trucking GPS keyboard in my lap.

I used to ride like that, only mine would be out the window….
When i started driving, I drove with one foot out the window for quite awhile….

LOL reminds me of my daughter as a baby – she rode in her carriage with her feet up on the safety bar like that.
You must be flexible, if I tried that I wouldn’t be able to undo them!

LOL Great photo. I don’t think I could get into that position right now if someone paid me…have too big a belly but that’ll be gone in about 8 wks…then I should be able to put my feet up on the dash again .

I have wondered for years how many truckers drive by and see my feet on the dash and think I have lost my mind or that my husband is carrying around a dead body in the front seat. *laughs*

Now that’s a great and unusual shot!!! Sometimes I put my feet on the dash too.
Wouldn’t it be great if you could link up to a satellite by wireless and blog when you were driving on a long trip! I love driving trips to be honest. Love the scenery, the process, everything about it. It’s just the price of gas that has it less appealing these days! Oh well.
