I thought your house looked really good--but I'm not much of a lawn and flower person. Many suburbs are experiencing the tear-down, rebuild with McMansions phenomena--land is so expensive. My MM is up, but you'll need to scroll down a bit to find it. It is also linked to the scrolling marquee at the top. I've been gone for 2 weeks so have a lot of blogs backed up to add. I have been in situations like that where a home you used to live in is no longer there. You sit and think about the great memories that you have from that place. I've been able to go back into the house I grew up in twice...not far away. I know I'd be heartbroken if they torn it down. At least it's still going to be residential...and not a parking lot!
