RED, WHITE & BLUE
Summer, holidays, red, white & blue….you see where my mind is! I looked around for a red, white & blue picture and I found the Cool Whip in the fridge. We had fresh strawberries and shortcake last night….Yummy!! I wanted something, “different” I think I succeeded, don’t you?
I won’t be visiting blogs today, as it’s GRADUATION DAY here at the “garden!” We are busy, busy, busy!! But I will stop by when I get a chance and see you Red, white & blue photos….but till then, Enjoy, and have a wonderful day!

Fabulous photo.
And here’s a simple yummy recipe.
Take a can of Magnolia condensed milk and mix it with a container of Cool Whip - add some sliced peaches (either fresh or drained from the can) Stir it up with a dash if vanilla if you like and then pour into a graham cracker crust. Chill and eat eat eat. It’s called Peaches in the Snow.
Now I’m hungry.

You know, being in the UK, I have no idea what Coolwhip tastes like or why it is so popular…..
But it makes me crave clotted cream and shortbread and strawberries…..
