Today I had the honor of meeting yet another great blogger, Jennifer of Happy at Home! Talk about a great gal! We hit it off immediately, and I knew I had a new friend for life!

We met at Pappasitos for lunch, which was delicious! Jennifer said it had been quite awhile since the last time she had eaten there so she was quite excited about our meal! From the chips and dip to the dessert, we never stopped talking….our poor waiter, he barely could get our attention when he would approach the table! You know it’s quite a wonderful thing to meet someone for the first time and have so much in common and be able to just “click” with them! Jennifer is that kind of person. She is so sweet and kind, with a bubbly personality that just makes you love being with her!
