Today is my one year blog anniversary! I started my blog after seeing my friend DeWaynes and thought it would be a wonderful way to keep in touch with family back in Texas. Though I found out they didn’t read it very often, I found blogging to be a wonderful creative outlet for myself! Who knew that online journaling was therapeutic? As I became addicted, I also started meeting some wonderful online friends. I soon found out that the blogging community was a place of new adventures that led me to friendships that are growing stronger everyday. And now I have even met some of my blogging buddies in person! How cool is that?
So today as “the Garden” turns one year old, I want to thank all of you who come by and read my ramblings. You are the ones who make me love blogging, you are the ones that make the blogging community what it is, a place of fun, friendship and most of all a place where we all can be ourselves and be respected. Thank you from this YellowRose……Now let’s party!!!!

I love the Marietta Dinner. Took my daughter and family to dinner there a couple of weeks ago and we really loved the food.
