My Monday Memory is going way back….all the way back to last Saturday! See last Saturday was a really special day for me, I was able to meet two very special women, Lazy Daisy and Cozy Reader for lunch. Now let me first add….our dear husbands did join us for this lunch, but we three ladies let them do their thing while we did ours….though I did enjoy meeting them very much also!

Ok, let me say that everything you have ever wondered about Lazy Daisy…..well, it’s not even close! She is the most sweetest, funny, loving, kind hearted, warm and sincere person to be around. I knew from the moment I talked to her on the phone I liked her, but meeting her face to face…it was like meeting an old friend!

And Cozy Reader, my goodness she’s a hoot!! This woman has a wonderful sense of humor and a sweet spirit about her that just makes you enjoy being in her presence. And….she’s going to love this…she really and I mean REALLY loved the Suicide by Chocolate Cheesecake…..just look…

I have to say, if you would have watched us from one of the other tables in the restaurant, you would have thought we were life long friends! It was awesome to meet these wild and wacky gals for the first time and feel like I’ve known them forever. We talked and laughed (according to my dear husband, who informed me on the way home, we were rather loud because he couldn’t hear the other men talking…yeah right!) and then we ate and talked & laughed some more till it was time to leave. But no one really wanted to go! Cozy’s hubby said getting us gals to stop talking and leave was like when you want the kids to go to bed at 8:00, you start telling them at 7:30! I guess, he was hinting we wouldn’t shut up! Well, we wouldn’t!! LOL

And that is my Monday Memory…it was a wonderful memory and one I hope to repeat again and again with my friends!
