Have you ever just felt like you are just barely able to get through the day? Well, that’s what it’s been like for me the last few days. I have been so sick that the only thing I think about is my bed! Well, and NyQuil! I’m miserable….I hate not feeling well. It messes everything up. We had plans to go out with our friends Saturday night, had to cancel that because I was running a 102 degree fever. I don’t think they wanted me to share. Haven’t been able to do anything all weekend….what a waste!

In other news, my Christmas decorations are finally packed up and put away thanks to my little elves! It feels so good to have the house back to normal. Big D went and got all Martha Stewart on me, and bought a bunch of bins for the decorations so everything will be organized. I actually got teary eyed…it was such a proud moment for me, the woman who loves to organize everything! I had had everything in boxes, and labeled, but boxes tend to show wear and tear after so many years, so these bins will work out great! See, it doesn’t take much to make me excited, buy me bins to organize I get excited. Do it for me and I’m ecstatic!

Well I’m off to medicate and curl up with my blanket once again….I’ll be so glad to see this sick season go away!!!
