Do you have any idiosyncrasies or unusual quirks when it comes to food and/or eating? I don’t think so, just have good manners that’s all I ask!

Have you ever written love letters? Yes If so, do you still have any of them? They are in a drawer, since I wrote them to my husband. I still write them to him.

How easy or difficult is it for you to say you’re sorry? Depends on the situation. But usually it’s easy.

Little update since I have been neglecting my blogging duties.

Well Texas is showing that it’s bipolar again. Saturday it was 80° and sunny, today it’s 30° with freezing rain. Never a dull moment in good ol’ Texas!

I’m feeling a bit better, still not able to eat much, but that’s the norm with diverticulitis. Tough way to lose weight though!

2008 has been a very good year for our family and filled with many milestones. It was a year that will go down in our memories as a special year for many reasons. We celebrated Big D getting his Master’s, our 25th anniversary, our future DIL graduated with her BA, the planning of the wedding of our son, and our daughter finally found a job she loves, just to name a few of the many highlights. I am looking forward to what the new year will bring.

Wishing each of you a very happy and prosperous 2009!

We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year’s Day.
